Do I need previous programming or computer science experience to join?
No! Beginners are strongly encouraged to join to learn with the help of peers and mentors.
Is it free?
Yes! There are no costs to attend the sessions.
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
A charged Chromebook
Charger
Pencil & Paper
A small snack (we will be providing as well)
Willingness to learn
Who will be present during the meetings?
An adult supervisor who has completed the MCPS child volunteer training will be present during the course of the session along with the teachers.
How can I quiz myself on my understanding of Python and Arduino?
